Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 331, reports
as follows:
Bill 331 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-64, the Capital Improvement
Budget for Fiscal Year 1986-87, by increasing appropriation in
Account #110-599-5991.81-115 , Hoolulu Complex-Wong/Butler
Improvement , by [$100 ,000 ] , $104,373. Funds of $4 ,373 shall be
provided from the Fund Balance Account #2271.00 of the Capital
Projects Fund.
Your committee heard from the Director of Parks & Recreation that
the two Butler buildings will be completed with the additional funds .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 331 and recommends that it pass first reading .
