Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 324 , reports as
follows :
Bill 324 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-64, the Capital Improvement
Budget for Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by redesignating the source of fund
for the Kukuihaele Transfer Station project - $85 ,000 from the sale
of General Obligation Bohds to funds from the fund balance of the
General Fund.
Bill 324 further amends the CIP budget by adding the Honokaa Park
Oval Lights project - $15 ,000 , which funds shall be provided from the
fund balance of the General Fund balance .
Your committee has consolidated project considerations designating
fund balances as source of funds into a single bill (Bill 335) .
Accordingly, your Committee on Finance recommends that Bill 324 be
filed.
