Your Committee on. Finance, to which was referred Bill 323, reports as
follows :
Bill 323 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-63 , the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by increasing revenues in Account No . 3609 .10 ,
Fund Balance from Previous Year , by $100 ,000 , and appropriating same
to the following projects :

010-801-5801 .01-341 Transfer to Other Funds
(Bond Fund Projects :
1 . Kukuihaele Transfer Station - S85,000
2 . Honokaa Park Oval Lights - S15 ,000 )
Your committee has amended and consolidated the various proposals to
appropriate the fund balances of the various funds into a single bill
(Bill 334 ) .
Accordingly, your Committee on Finance recommends that Bill 323 be
filed .
