Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 314 , reports
as follows :
Bill 314 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-63, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by increasing the fund balance from previous
year of the General Fund by $97 ,500 and
1 ) transferring $75 ,000 to the Bond Fund for the Kahaluu Beach
Park ($50 ,000 ) and Hale Halawai ($25,000 ) projects ;
2) providing funds for Miscellaneous Equipment - $3 ,500
(Sound System - Imin Center ) ; and
3) providing funds for Repairs to Facilities - $19 ,000
(Repair to Milolii Basketball Court - $4,000
Resurface Kailua Playground Tennis Court - $10 ,000

Additional Roof Repairs-Hale Halawai - $5,000 )
Your committee has amended/consolidated the various proposals to
appropriate fund balances of the various funds into a single bill
(Bill 334) .
Accordingly, your Committee on Finance recommends that Bill 314 be
filed ,
