Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 313, report
as follows:
Bill 313 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-63, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1986-87, by increasing the fund balance from previous
year of the Highway Fund by $300 ,000 and transferring same to the
Bond Fund for the Alii Drive Shoulder Improvements/Bikeway project .
Your committee has consolidated the various proposals to appropriate
the fund balances of the various funds into a single bill (Bill 334) .
Accordingly, your Committee on Financerecommendsthat Bill 313 be
filed .
