' Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 312, reports
as follows:
Bill 312 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-64, the Capital Improvement
Budget for Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by increasing the appropriation for
the Alii Drive Shoulder Improvements/Bikeway project by $300 ,000 .
Funds for this project would be provided from the Highway Fund Fund
Balance .
Your committee has consolidated project considerations designating
fund balances as source of funds into a single bill (Bill 335) .
Accordingly, your Committee on Finance recommends that Bill 312 be
filed .
