Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 298 , Draft 2,
reports as follows:
Bill 298 , Draft 2, proposes to amend Ordinance 86-64, the Capital
Improvement Budget for Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by adding the following
projects :
Kahaluu Beach Basketball Court $30 ,000
Honaunau Rodeo Atena 55 ,000
Old Kona Airport Soccer Field Fencing 20 ,000
105,000

Funds for the foregoing projects would be provided from the fund
balance of the Bond Fund.
Bill 298 , Draft 2, also redesignates
the source of funds for
existing projects as follows :

Bill 298 , Draft 2, also provides that any balance remaining after
the completion of a project may be transferred to any of the other
projects for completion purposes . Such transfer shall mean
appropriations and allotments .
Your committee has consolidated/amended project considerations
designating fund balances as sources of funds into a single bill
(Bill 335 ) .
