Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 280 , reports as
follows:
Bill 280 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-63, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by increasing the General Fund Fund Balance from
Previous Year by $300 ,000 and appropriating same to the Self
Insurance Fund .
The purpose of Bill 280 is to increase the contribution to the self
insurance fund, which was established by Ordinance 86-35 .
Your Committee on Finance is not in accord with the intent and
purpose of Bill 280 and recommends hat it be filed .
