Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 204, reports
as follows:
Bill 204 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-64, the Capital Improvement
Budget for Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by adding the appropriation of
$350 ,000 for the Kona Bikeway Project . Funds for the project would
be from any available source , including unexpended allotments , if
applicable, of completed projects in the Kona District .
Your committee has included the appropriation in Ordinance 86-144
and Bill 335 .
Accordingly, your Committee on Finance recommends that Bill 204 be
filed .
