Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Bill 321 , reports as
follows:
Bill 321 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-64 , the Capital Improvement
Budget for Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by increasing revenues in the
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS Hilo City Road Resurfacing,
Account No . 110-399-5392 .11-115 , by $57 ,364 . Funds for this project
shall be provided from Federal Grants Receivable .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose of
Bill 321 .and recommends that it pass first reading.
