Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 318 , reports as
follows:
Bill 318 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-63, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by increasing revenues in Account No . 3301 .95 ,
Marijuana Eradication, by $198,000 , and appropriating same to
Account No . 010-201-5218 .53-115 , Marijuana Eradication .
This marijuana eradication program will be conducted by the Police
Department .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose of
Bill 318 and recommends that it pass first reading .
