Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Bill 316 , reports as
follows :
Bill 316 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-63, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by increasing revenues in Account No . 3604 .03,
Recovery of Damaged Property by $5 ,200 , and appropriating same to
Account No . 010-523-5523. 25-449, Panaewa Zoo - Motor Vehicle . .
The $5, 200 represents a settlement of total loss damages to CH-685 ,
resulting from an accident . Monies will be used to purchase a
replacement vehicle .
Your committee was apprised by the Director of Parks and Recreation
that a shortage of $4,000 for a new vehicle will be made available by
a separate bill which will be forthcoming.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose of
Bill 316 and recommends that it pass first reading.
