Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication 836,-
reports as follows :
The purpose of Communication 836 is to recommend the appointment of
Mr . Richard K. Koneck, a democrat from Kona, to the Liquor Control
Adjudication Board.
The appointment will be for a full term which will commence on
January 1 , 1987 and expire on December 31 , 1991 .
Pursuant to Section 7-3. 3, Hawaii County Charter, the Liquor Control
Adjudication Board shall be comprised of five members who shall be
residents of the county. Each shall serve for a term of five years.
Council approval is required .
Your Committee on Finance recommends approval of the appointment of
Mr . Richard K. Koneck to the Liquor Control Adjudication Board.
