Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 279, reports as
follows :
Bill 279proposes to amend Ordinance 86-63, the Operating Budget for

Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by increasing the General Fund Fund Balance from
Previous Year by $50,000 and appropriating same to Finance - Bond
Sale Expense.
The purpose of Bill 279 is to provide funds for the cost of issuing
$5 million in general obligation bonds .
Your Committee on Finance is not in accord with the intent and
purpose of Bill 279 and recommends 'that it be filed .
