Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 291, reports as
follows :
Bill 291 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-63, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by increasing the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund
Balance from Previous Year by $99,166.55 and appropriating same to
Transfer to Other Funds .
The purpose of Bill 291 is to provide the basis by which the
unappropriated fund balance in the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund can
be utilized for programs incorporated into the General Fund.
Specific appropriations are delineated in Bill 290 .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the proposed transfers and
recommends passage of Bill 291 on first reading .
