Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 266, reports as
follows :
The purpose of Bill 266 is to amend Ordinance 86-64, the Capital
Budget for Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by adding the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Pahoa-Kapoho Road Improvement $47, 210
Funding for the project is being provided by Federal Grants
Receivable.
Pursuant to Section 10-6, Hawaii County Charter, the Council, by
ordinance and the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the entire
membership, may amend the capital budget for that year .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 266 and
recommends that it pass first reading.
