Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 264, reports as
follows:
The purpose of Bill is to amend Ordinance 86-63, the Operating

Budget, by increasing revenues in the General Fund 's Contribution
from Private Source Account #3607 by $175, and appropriate same to
the Parks Maintenance - OCE Building and Construction Materials
Account #010-505-5505.02-229 .
The private donations will be used for a basketball court at the
Pahoa Neighborhood Facility .
Pursuant to Section 10-8, Hawaii County Charter , the Council may
amend or make supplemental appropriations for the year up to the
amount of available revenues, by ordinance.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 264 and
recommends that it pass first reading.
