RE: Proposed Bill No. 78, Draft 2
Relating to Subdivisions, By Conforming It To
Ameudments To the Hawaii County Charter.
Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 78, Draft 2 which deletes the
sentence "Any person appealing such a decision shall pay anon-refundable fee of $250." as
discussed at today's Planning Committee meeting. This sentence was not a part of the original
charter amendments.
