Enclosed is a resolution accepting the donation of a White Bengal Tiger from
Mr. Dirk Arthur, Illusioneering, Inc., World-Renowned Magician in Bally's
Production Show, °Jubilee", of 4370 West Torino Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada
89139 for the Panaewa Rainforest Zoo.

A. REQUEST:
To be able to accept one male white bengal tiger for the Panaewa Zoo from
Dirk Arthur of Illusioneering Inc., a world renowned magician in Bally's production show,
"Jubilee."
The tiger, which has a value of $15,000, will be used for education and display purposes.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDEDI:
Acceptance of this donation will enable Panaewa Rainforest Zoo to expand their
exhibits to the public by filling the tiger enclosure that has been vacant since 1996.

Many of nature's most beautiful and precious animals aze on the verge of extinction
due to the destruction of their habitat and illegal hunting and poaching. In order to help the
Bengal Tiger, and other endangered species survive, world renowned magician Dirk Arthur
has established his own captive breeding program.
All the animals in the breeding program, and those in the illusions were born in
captivity, meaning that the limited number of animals remaining in the wild were not affected.
Dirk Arthur hopes that one day, where and whenever possible, he can assist in re-populating
these very raze creatures in their natural environments.
Along with his Bengal Tigers and African Leopards, Dirk Arthur's White Bengal
Tigers are indisputably one of the Earth's most striking and noteworthy species, and it is this
fact that helps him greatly in his endangered species education efforts, as he diligently
strives to increase public awareness.
All of his animals aze under strict veterinary Gaze, and lead healthy, happy productive
lives, receiving abundant exercise including running, playing and swimming.
You too can help by supporting the wildlife conservation laws of your state and
federal government, and supporting international programs that aze working to preserve the
forests, jungles and animals of the world.

A. GENERAL CONMTIONS SET OUT IN SUBPART D OF 50 CFR 1J. AND SPECIFlC CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN FEDERAL REGUUTIONS CRED IN BLOCK X2 ABOVE, ARE
HEREBY MADE A PART OF THIS PERMIT. ALL ACTIVITIES AUTHORIZED HEREIN MUST BE CARRIED OUT IN ACCORD WITH AND FOR THE PURPOSES DESCRIBED IN THE
APPLICATION SUBMITTED. CONTINUED VALIDITY, OR RENEWAL. OF THIS PERMR IS SUBJECT TO COMPLETE AND TIMELY COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
CONOTONS, INCLUDING THE FlLING OF ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION AND REPORTS.
8. THE VALIDITY OF THIS PERMIT IS ALSO CONDITIONED UPON STRICT OBSERVANCE OF ALL APPLICABLE FOREIGN. STATE. LOCAL OR OTHER FEDERAL LAW.
C. VALID FOP USE BY PERMITTEE NAMED ABOVE.
D. Acceptance of this permit serves as evidence that the
permittee is registered under 50 CFR 17.21 (g), and that the
permittee understands and agrees to abide by the "Special
Conditions for Captive-bred Wildlife Registrations" as spec-
ified by the Office of Management Authority (copy attached).
E. Authorized to take for normal husbandry practices;
deliver, receive, carry, transport or ship in interstate
commerce, for the purpose of enhancement of propagation or
survival, any Endangered or Threatened wildlife that is bred
in captivity in the United States, that has a natural
geographic distribution not including any part of the United
States and that is taxonomically included in the species
Panthera pardus (leopard), Panthera tigris (tiger) and ,
Panthera onca (jaguar).
