Dear Chairwoman Poindexter and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Jasmine Victoria Crusat of Council District 8 to the Kailua
Village Design Commission (KVDC). Ms. Crusat is currently employed as the city
manager for Diamond Parking Services, LLC in Kailua-Kona, where she has worked
since 2003. She is also a real estate agent.
Ms. Crusat has been a resident of Hawai'i for the past 20 years. She volunteers her time
generously with the West Hawai'i Veteran's Cemetery, Boy Scout Troop 84, Hawai'i
County Adopt a Highway program, and with the Kona Adventist Christian School. She
states that she is interested in serving on the Kailua Village Design Commission as
"Giving back to the community is extremely important" to her.
Ms. Crusat states she is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, she will
serve a term ending December 31, 2019.
