Having a public shooting range would be great and beneficial for the people of the bigisland.A place that will be a safe
and controlled environment,where people can learn firearm saftey and have fun. It's also a positive way to keep non
hunter's out of hunting areas who are there for nothing more than just plinking pleasure.
