Aloha, my name is Eric T Watanabe. I am a life long resident of Hilo and I support the building of a firing range.We
should have the right to exercise our second amendment in a safe manner and location without having to worry about
citation or confiscation from enforcement officers.We as gun owners are not criminals and are trying to do right thing
by showing our family and friends how to be safe.
