Subject: Support for public gun range (Big Island)
To whom it may concern,
I would like to see a public gun range built on the Big Island. The gun owning community need a safe place to
learn how to operate their firearms. As it stands currently, most people that own firearms here have never had
an opportunity to safely and legally fire them after purchase (handguns in particular). This lack of operational
knowledge of the firearm is dangerous to the gun owner and everyone else around them. A safe and well-
maintained gun range similar to the shotgun. Range solves this problem.
