of illegal firearm discharges in our community and a possible venue for some firearms safety classes and events.
I am originally from Oahu and my firearms experience dates back to when I was a member of my high schools rifle team.
I also had over 14 years in the firearms retail industry in Hawaii, a current NRA Firearms Instructor, and an NRA Chief
Range Safety Officer. Back on Oahu I was able to teach my children the foundations of firearms safety-as we had a
county firearms range and I was a member of the Schofield Rod &Gun Club so I had access to the Army's ranges as well. ,
I am currently unable to follow through on their safety training without a public range.
