I whole heartedly support this resolution for a shooting range on the Big Island. We have long enough been
deprived of having a safe legal place to shoot firearms.We have the biggest island and don't have a legal place
to target shoot even the police to monthly qualify don't have a permanent place to shoot. Now is the time to end
this problem and even if a fee is charged to properly maintain and staff facility I know for sure that would not
be a problem based on the response I get from my customers who are always looking for a safe place to shoot
safely and not expose themselves to DLNR scrutiny and Ag land neighbors calling police to report gunshots
being fired.Again I say enough is enough the cries are out there and need to be answered. The law abiding tax
paying public is asking for HELP!! Please be of service.... THANK YOU. George D. Carvalho. G&M
