To Whom It May Concern:
As a longtime resident of Hilo ( 18 years)and a Hawaii resident my whole life, I believe that it is very important to have a
public shooting range here on the Big Island. It will provide more recreational activities for our community and provide
a safe place where people can practice their shooting skills.
