Subject: Support for public shooting range
I am in support of Hawaii county creating a public shooting range. Conversely, it could be used to train local law
enforcement in everything from annual qualifications on service pistol and patrol rifle to active shooter and SWAT
training if constructed properly.
In addition my last job was as the construction/facilities manager at a law enforcement training center in Sacramento
California (ncrpsta-jpa)where I built a number of shooting ranges. If you need help in range design criteria,safety issues,
development or construction consultation I would be willing to assist in any way needed.
