Subject: support for public shooting range
Aloha,
I am sending testimony in SUPPORT for a public shooting range. I think every lawful, responsible gun owner on the Big
Island should have a properly accessible and safe place to train/practice with their firearm. Any responsible gun owner
should be proficient with their firearm. Ideally, I'd think having it equally accessible to both West and East Hawaii (in a
somewhat centralized location)would make sense. That'd have the ancillary benefit of having it far away from
businesses and residences whom might be concerned with noise. Mahalo for hearing my testimony.
