I have written the acting County Engineer Mr, Tiro Sumach on two occasAions requesting that South Kopue
road be paved. It is a very unsafe piece of wanly road- Now I hear that Mr Sumnde is in favor of paving a
beach road that is indirect harm to our native sea tunlea. You can tall Mr; Sumach for me, that he can keep
our taxpayers money and put it when it is tuxded and wanted and that is On South Kopun Read. This road
will claim a life one day and 1 have warnod the wunty of this wumleu times.
The paving of Punaluu Beach is needless. I have gone there many times end there is nothing wrong with
that road You get oasily in and out, so what's the problem? Put the wuhty road money where it will be
appreciated and may even save lives, put it on South Kopua Road.
