Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 199-86,
reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution 199-86 is to amend the Salary Ordinance as
follows :
Section 8.10. FIRE DEPARTMENT
1 . Reallocate one position of Account Clerk SR-10 to Senior
Account Clerk SR-12 .
The reallocation is justified based on the increased responsibilities
on the employee to program, format, and provide data reports on the
computer for the entire Fire Department.
Pursuant to Section 3-14, Hawaii County Charter, interim amendments
to the Pay Plan may be made by resolution.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 199-86 and recommends its adoption.
