Payments Program $3,458, 161 150-461-5463.01-341 Kulaimano General Fund (For 61,200 replacement of appliances ) 150-461-5463.02-341 Kulaimano Operations & Maintenance 79,500 150-461-5463.08-341 Kulaimano Debt Service 94, 000 150-461-5463.09-341 Kulaimano Reserve Fund 7,500 150-461-5463.10-341 Kulaimano Security Deposit 4,800 150-461-5462.26-341 Housing Voucher Program 60,694 Total 7765 ,855 FC REPORT No . 198 ADOPTED : AUG 6 .1986 111 FC 198 Page 2 July 29 , 1986 Of the total request, 13,458,161 will be utilized to pay rent subsidies under the Annual Contributions Contract SF-461E for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program; 1247, 000 will be used for rental subsidies to qualified residents of the County-owned Kulaimano Elderly Housing Project (Contract SF-9073 ) ; and 160,694 will be received to administer the new Housing Voucher Program. The new program retains the original intent of the Section 8 program; however , it does not place any limits a recipient may pay for a participating rental unit. Pursuant to Section 10-8, Hawaii County Charter, the Council may make supplemental appropriations by ordinance up to the amount of available revenues .
