Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 188 , reports as
follows:
The purpose of Bill 188 is to amend Ordinance 85-514 the Capital
Budget , by increasing revenues by $93 ,806 in Federal Grants
Receivable and appropriating same to Account #110-699-5693.06-115 , 1
Kapehu Sewerage System-Federal .
The monies have been made available due to revised eligible project
costs which have met the approval of the U. S. Environmental
Protection Agency.
Pursuant to Section 10-8,. Hawaii County Charter , the Council , by
ordinance , may make supplemental appropriations for the year up to
the amount of available revenues .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 188 and
recommends that it pass first reading.
