Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication 505 ,
reports as follows:
The purpose of Communication 505 is to confirm or deny the
appointment of Ms . Dolores Oskins to the Liquor Control Adjudication
Board for a term through December 31, 1990 .
A democrat from Hilo, Ms . Oskins will be replacing Mr . Asao Shiro
whose term has expired.
Pursuant to Section 7-3. 3 and 13-4, Hawaii County Charter , the
five-member Liquor Control Adjudication Board shall be appointed by
the Mayor and confirmed by the Council .
Your Committee on Finance recommends approval of the appointment of
Ms . Dolores Oskins to the Liquor Control Adjudication Board.
