Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Bill 157 , reports as
follows:
The purpose of Bill 157 is to amend Ordinance 85-52, the
Operating Budget , by increasing revenues in the General Fund as
follows:

The monies have been received from a private source to cover the
above itemized expenses .
Pursuant to Section 10-8 , Hawaii County Charter , the Council may
amend or make supplemental appropriations by ordinance .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 157 and
recommends that it pass first reajng .
