Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Bill 151 , reports as
follows:
The purpose of Bill 151 is to amend Ordinance 85-52, the Operating
Budget , by increasing $6 ,000 in revenues in the General Fund 's
Federal Grants - Highway Safety Account #3301 .52 . Further , the bill
will appropriate same to Account #010-201-5218 .46-115 , Breath Testing
Device .
Pursuant to Section 10-8 , Hawaii County Charter , the Council , by
ordinance , may make supplemental appropriations for the year up to
the amount of available revenues .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 151 and
recommends that it pass first reading.
