Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Resolution 157-86 ,
reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution 157-86 is to appropriate $28 ,000 from the
Contingency Account #010-911-5911 ® 13-341 and credit same to
Account #010-131-5131 .10-115 , Special Counsel and Settlement of
Litigation (Civil #10182 ) .
The monies will be expended for legal representation of two County
employees .
Pursuant to Section 10-9 , Hawaii County Charter , the Council , by
resolution, may transfer part or all of any unencumbered
appropriation .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 157-86 and recommends its adoption .
