010-911-5911 . 34-339 Self Insurance Account 80 ,896

and appropriate same to Account #010-201-5215 .19-339 , Police Motor
Vehicle Liability Insurance , $154 ,288 .
Pursuant to Section 10-9, Hawaii County Charter , the Council , by
resolution, may transfer part or all of any unencumbered
appropriation .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 155-86 and recommends. its adoption .
