Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Resolution 152-86 ,
reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution 152-86 is to approve the lease of a copier
for the Prosecuting Attorney 's Office .
Yukon Office Supply of Hawaii , Inc. , has offered the lease of a
Cannon 7550 copier for three years . The monthly cost shall be
$425 .65 with a purchase option of $1 ,773.57 at the conclusion of the
lease .
Pursuant to Section 10-11 , Hawaii County Charter , any lease requiring
the payment of funds from future fiscal years shall be approved by
resolution .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 152-86 and recommends its adoption .
