Subject New road at Punalu'u

I am a Ka'u land owner who frequents Punalu'u beach. I think the worst thing you could do there would be to
pave the beach road, which has been presented to me asa plan. The area that I understand that you want to
pave is fine as it is, or should be closed to vehicular traffic altogether.
If you want to do somehting constructive at Punalu'u, clean up the lagoon. Mahalo for the opportunity to provide
input.
