Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Bill 130 , reports as
follows:
The purpose of Bill 130 is to increase revenues in the General Fund's
account, Contributions from Private Sources #3607 , in the amount of
$2,937. 30 and appropriate same to Account #010-505-5505.45-115 ,
Onekahakaha Park Improvements .
The monies are proceeds donated by the 1st Annual Big Island Nissan
Show and will be used to make improvements to Onekahakaha Beach Park .
- CountyCharter , the Council , on
Pursuant to Section 13 12, Hawaii
behalf of the County , may accept gifts of money .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 130 and
recommends that it pass first reading ; further suggests a letter be
forwarded to the donors expressing the Council 's gratitude .
