Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Resolution 141-86,
reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution 141-86 is to transfer a total of $12,000
from the General Fund as follows :

010-101-5101 .40-011 Legislative Auditor S&W 2,790
$12,000
and appropriate same to the General Fund 's Account
#010-101-5101 .02-112, Mileage/Car Allowance .
Pursuant to Section 10-9, Hawaii County Charter , the Council , by
resolution, may transfer part or all of any unencumbered
appropriation.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 141-86 and recommends its adoption .
