Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Resolution 137-86,
reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution 137-86 is to transfer $300 from the
Election Division 's Travel Account #010-107-5107 .02-104 and credit to
Account #010-107-5107.02-107, Election Division - Advertising.
The transfer is needed to pay for public notice of sitting of the
Election Board of Registration of the County of Hawaii in the Hawaii
Tribune Herald and West Hawaii Today.
Pursuant to Section 10-9 , Hawaii County Charter , the Council , by
resolution, may transfer part or all of any unencumbered
appropriation.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 137-86 and recommends its adoption .
