Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 113-86 ,
reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution 113-86 is to amend the Salary Ordinance by
reallocating one position of Senior Clerk SR-10 to Budget Assistant
SR-15 in the Department of Finance .
Justification for the reallocation cites new duties which include
procedural and technical budget and program analysis , program reviews
and evaluations , interpreting policies , rules , and regulations as
they apply to the County budget .
Pursuant to Section 3-14, Hawaii County Charter , interim amendments
to the pay plan may be made by resolution.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 113-86 and recommends its adoption .
