Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication 392,
reports as follows:
The purpose of Communication 392 is to confirm or deny the
appointment of Mr . Tito Nicolas to the Pension Board .
Mr . Nicolas will serve until December 31, 1990, filling a vacancy
created by the expired term of Mr . Bill P. Thibadeau .
Pursuant to Section 5-3.4 and Section 13-4, Hawaii County Charter ,
members of the Pension Board shall be appointed by the Mayor and
confirmed by the Council .
Your Committee on Finance recommends confirmation of Mr . Tito Nicolas
to the Pension Board .
