Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 107, reports as
follows:
The purpose of Bill 107 is to amend Ordinance 85-52, the Operating
Budget , by increasing revenues in the General Fund 's Account #3609.10
by $150 ,000 and appropriating same to the General Fund 's Transfer to
Other Funds to Capital Projects Fund, Kona Golf course, Account
#010-801-5801.01-341 .
Pursuant to Section 10-8, Hawaii County Charter , the Council by
ordinance, effective immediately, may amend or make supplemental
appropriations for the year up to the amount of available revenues .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 107 and
recommends that it pass second, reading.
