Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 128-86 ,
reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution 128-86 is to encourage the State
Legislature to address the growing problem of overcrowding in our
schools .
The committee recommended the resolution be amended to address all
schools instead of those named .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 128-86 , as amended, and recommends its adoption.
