Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 119-86 ,
reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution 119-86 is to support the Farm Credit System
by having the Federal Government help in securing favorable interest
rates in the sale of its securities .
The Farm Credit System, as in the past , shall continue to provide a
stable source of credit to the agriculture sector of the community.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 119-86 and recommends its adoption.
