Your Committee on Finance, to which was. referred Resolution 115-86,
reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution 115-86 is to transfer $4,000 out and from
the Contingency Account #010-911-5911 .13-341 and appropriate same to
the Parks Maintenance - Repair Equipment Account #010-505-5505 .02-109,
The $4,000 will beused to modify a garbage truck .
Pursuant to Section 10-9, Hawaii County Charter , partial or total
transfers of unencumbered appropriations between programs may be made
by resolution.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 115-86 and recommends its adoption .
