Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 111-86,
reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution 111-86 is to transfer $156,000 out and from
Account 010-911-5911 .34-339, Self Insurance , and appropriate same as
follows:

010-911-5911 .80-339 Rapoza v . Ward $150,000
010-911-5911 .81-339 Travelers v. County 6,000
$156,000
The monies are necessary to make payment for the settlements approved
by the Council on November 6 , 1985 .
Pursuant to Section 10-9, Hawaii County Charter , the Council by
resolution may transfer part or all of any unencumbered appropriation
balance .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 111-86 and recommends i s adoption .
