Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 103 , reports as
follows:
The purpose of Bill 103 is to further amend Ordinance No. 85-52, the
Operating Budget , by increasing revenues in the amount of $95 ,000 in
the General Fund-Fund Balance account and appropriating same to the
Bond Sale Expenses account .
MoniesP rovided will enable the administration to initiate an effort
to ultimately issue General Obligation Bonds for various County
projects . These monieswill cover the expenses associated with the
issuance of General Obligation Bonds .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 103 and
recommends it pass second and final reading .
